About Sponsoring

Sponsors are valued ministry partners who help make our Annual Conference a meaningful and impactful gathering. Thank you for considering joining us.

Due to continued growth in attendance, sponsor exhibits will be located in a dedicated tented sponsor engagement area adjacent to the main conference facilities. This intentional space is designed to encourage meaningful interaction between attendees and sponsoring organizations throughout the event.

If your organization would like to participate, please complete the Sponsor Registration Form below. FORM NEEDED.

Basic Sponsor — $200

• Approximately 5 feet of exhibit display space (table provided)

• Placement in the designated sponsor engagement area

• Opportunity to connect with clergy and lay leaders from across South Georgia

• Space to display materials, signage, and resources

Premium Sponsor — $1,000

Includes everything in the Basic Sponsor package, plus:

• A reserved breakout room on Friday morning at approximately 10:15 a.m.

• Opportunity to host a focused session, training, or resource presentation

• Recognition as a Premium Sponsor in conference materials

Premium breakout sessions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
