Hey South Georgia Global Methodists,
I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for our presiding elders and their hard work during this appointment season. Their dedication to serving our churches and pastors is invaluable.
As a Global Methodist Church Conference, we are committed to doing appointments differently. Our goal is to foster greater local church involvement, encourage longer and more fruitful appointments, and ensure pastors and congregations are well-matched for ministry. You can learn more about our appointment process and the role of the Pastor-Parish Relations Committee (PPRC) on our website, where we also have an excellent training resource for PPRC chairs and committees.
